Director of Food Services
Gabriel began his career in the Food Service Industry as a Dietary Aide at a skilled nursing facility in Texas. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas State University with a bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences. After college, he completed his dietetic internship at Larkin Community Hospital in South Miami and became a Registered Dietitian shortly thereafter. Recently, Gabriel joined The Bristol as the Food Service Director. We warmly welcome Gabriel to the team!
